Hello, a little about me.

My 20+ years in real estate include property management and title insurance, so I understand the many factors that go into helping you with one of the most important purchases of your life. My clients always receive a personalized mortgage plan to help them see all their options and costs upfront and make the best decision for their financial future. I am an ambassador with FirstHome IQ, a nonprofit focused on homeownership and financial literacy education and I donate a portion of every loan commission to promote financial literacy in schools. I am also a Military Mortgage Specialist and love to help veterans use their VA home loan benefit. I look forward to talking with you and working together to ensure a smooth process and 5-star closing experience.

I grew up in Southern California and went to UCSB where I double-majored in business and communications. When a job transfer brought me to Dallas, I didn’t even unpack my boxes, thinking (maybe hoping) I wouldn’t be here long — it was a hot summer! But after marrying a Texan and raising two daughters here, I’ve grown to love it and Texas is now home.

I am licensed in TX, CA, OK & FL and enjoy meeting clients by phone, Zoom call, or in person when possible — I make frequent trips to CA and OK to visit family, friends, and clients.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
